Greatest deception in modern history ‘Lies carry a great burden, one that grows over the passage of time like an untended vine. Layer after layer, they mesh, intertwine, and become entangled in a maze of deception, and of course, more lies. I know people have a hard time accepting facts about their government that their personal philosophies somehow automatically reject. I also know that this same lot, who believes the “official” story about the 9/11 attacks and the death of Osama bin Laden, has the capacity to swallow certain truths. They suppress their own knowledge in order to maintain a personal illusion. Common sense and guts have been lost on the once inquisitive American public. Americans have been led by politicians and media to believe an impossible story, one that begins long ago when a man named bin Laden was a friend of the Americans. It was during the Afghan civil war in the 1980s, when he and other mujaheddin warlords and jihad fighters were aided through a CIA program called ‘Al Qaeda’ which existed to fund the anti-Soviet military efforts.
