The purpose of this post is to state for the record who started this escalation. The MAINSTREAM MEDIA will not be reminding you of this at all.
I will try to add to this post as it progresses as it sadly will.
Of course there are those of you out there who think that the Palestinians should:
a. not have retailiated - I think this is a RACIST attitude, because obviously, over history, the statement cuts both ways (and why would you sinlge out the Palestinians.)
b. should not send rockets to civilian populated areas. Folks, they have zero "military leverage" against the IDF, owing to the power and budget ad freebies given by the USA. (Quassam rockets)
In the end, this is not about politics, or religion, or the kidnapping of Gilad Shalid (who was released unscathed earlier this year. Israel currently hold over 10,000 palestinian detainees without trial) , it is about ongoing GENOCIDE and theft of land.

If Israel truly wanted peace (not the fake procession we have to watch year after year), they could use some of their enormous income (donations) to uplift these people with infrastructure and aid - I believe this would be the only way out for all involved. Acts of kindness and selflessness. The other routes pretty much all evetually lead to WW3
